Providers set their own schedules. Some can respond quickly. Some cannot. Ask about timing up front.
What we expect from providers
Providers in our network should:
- Give a clear written quote before work starts
- Explain the problem in plain words
- Hold the licenses and permits your area requires
- Carry their own insurance
- Treat your home and yard with care
Still, check for yourself. Ask to see proof. A good provider will not mind.
What we do not do
The list is short and firm.

- We are not an inspector, contractor, or insurer.
- We do not promise arrival times.
Every provider is independent. The job, the price, and the work are between you and them.
How we are paid
You pay the provider for the work. Providers in our network may pay Securystech Septic for referrals. That is how this site runs. Asking for an estimate is no obligation, and you can say no to any quote.
Safe to DIY? Our view
Some steps are fine for a homeowner. Spread out laundry loads. Fix a running toilet. Keep a map of your tank lid. Write down when symptoms start.
Other steps are not. Opening a tank is dangerous. Gas can knock a person out fast. Digging near lines can break them. Those are pro jobs.
